Add payment option
Required (set as default): Every guest must inquire first. Keep your other payment options active — they determine how the guest pays after you accept.
Optional (not default): Guests can choose to inquire first or book and pay directly.
Add a percentage to mid-market exchange rates to cover bank conversion fees. Applied when guests pay in a different currency (e.g. KES, GBP). Standard bank spreads are typically 1.5-3%. FX bank spread
When a guest pays via bank transfer or M-Pesa in a different currency, this percentage is added to the exchange rate to cover conversion costs. e.g. 2% means the guest pays 2% more in their local currency.
Leave empty or 0 for no adjustment (mid-market rate). Typical values: 1.5% (competitive), 2% (standard), 3% (conservative).

Guest Agreements
