How email forwarding works
When you receive a booking confirmation from any platform, forward it to your Airflow email address above. Our AI reads the email and automatically extracts the guest name, dates, price, and confirmation code.
- Works with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, HomeExchange, and any OTA
- Also handles home swap confirmations — creates a $0 booking that blocks your calendar
- Cancellations and modifications are detected and processed automatically

iCal Feeds Included
Two feeds for two purposes: a private feed for your own calendar with full booking details, and an availability-only feed for OTAs to prevent double bookings.
Why two feeds?
Your calendar feed — Add this to your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook so you can see all booking details (provider, confirmation code, guest count, nights, value) alongside your personal events. No guest names are shared — just the details you need at a glance.
Availability-only feed — Share this with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, HomeExchange, and any other OTA. It shows only “Not available” blocks so other platforms know when your property is booked. This prevents double bookings and missed blocks across all your channels.

Important: Most OTAs refresh imported calendars every 12–24 hours. For real-time sync, connect Google Calendar below.
Where to paste your feeds
Copy the right feed URL from above and add it to each platform. Use the private feed for your own calendars, and the OTA feed for booking platforms.
Your private feed → Your calendar
Add the “Your private calendar” feed to see all booking details in your own calendar:
- Google Calendar: Other calendars (+) → From URL → Paste your private feed URL
- Apple Calendar: File → New Calendar Subscription → Paste URL
- Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web → Paste URL
OTA feed → Booking platforms
Add the “OTA / Public feed” to every platform where you take bookings. This blocks your dates and prevents double bookings:
- Airbnb: Listing → Availability → Connect calendars → Import calendar
- Booking.com: Calendar → Sync calendars → Add a connection → Import
- VRBO: Calendar → Import/Export → Import calendar
- HomeExchange: My home → Calendar → Import calendar → Paste URL
Critical: If you list on multiple OTAs, add this feed to ALL of them. Missing even one platform risks double bookings.

Two-way sync: bookings push to Google, blocks sync back.
How Google Calendar sync works
Connect your Google account to automatically push Airflow bookings to a Google Calendar, and pull blocked dates back into Airflow.
- New bookings automatically appear as events in Google Calendar
- Block dates in Google and they sync back to Airflow
- Works alongside iCal feeds — Google sync is real-time, iCal is periodic
- Requires Google account connection (OAuth)
