When you receive a booking confirmation from any platform, forward it to your Airflow email address above. Our AI reads the email and automatically extracts the guest name, dates, price, and confirmation code.

How iCal feeds work
Your iCal feed is a live URL that shows all your blocked dates. When other platforms subscribe to it, they automatically see when your property is unavailable.
- Includes all bookings (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct, home swaps)
- Includes turnaround days between bookings
- Includes manual blocks and maintenance windows
- Updates automatically as new bookings arrive
Tip: Use the ?mode=blocked URL for OTAs — it hides guest names and shows only "Not available" blocks for privacy.

Where to paste your iCal URL
Copy your feed URL above, then add it to each platform:
- Airbnb: Listing → Availability → Connect calendars → Import calendar
- Booking.com: Calendar → Sync calendars → Add a connection → Import
- VRBO: Calendar → Import/Export → Import calendar
- Google Calendar: Other calendars (+) → From URL → Paste
- Apple Calendar: File → New Calendar Subscription → Paste URL
Note: Most platforms refresh imported calendars every 12–24 hours. Changes won't appear instantly on their side.

How Google Calendar sync works
Connect your Google account to automatically push Airflow bookings to a Google Calendar, and pull blocked dates back into Airflow.
