How do I send a booking to Airflow?

Forward the original booking confirmation email from your registered sender address to your property booking email. For example: [email protected]. Airflow will extract the booking details and add it to your account automatically.

How do I reconnect Xero?

Go to the Connect page and click "Request reconnection". Airflow will email you a secure link to re-authorise your Xero tenant. OAuth reconnection will be available directly in the portal in a future update.

Can I export all my bookings?

Yes. Go to Reports and request a CSV export — Airflow will email it to your registered address. Google Sheets sync is coming soon.

How do email credits work?

Each email Airflow processes (booking, info request, settings change) uses one credit from your monthly allowance. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. If you run low, buy a booster pack on the Upgrade page or enable overage auto-billing so you never miss a booking.

Who can send emails to Airflow?

Only email addresses registered as authorised senders in your account can trigger Airflow actions. Go to Settings to manage your authorised sender list. This prevents unauthorised instructions from being processed.

How do I update my account settings?

You can update most settings directly in the Settings page. For changes Airflow can't process in the portal yet, email your settings address from your registered owner email and describe the change you need.

How do I add a new property or resource?

Go to your Organisation Settings page and click "Add Resource". Choose a display name, set up an email alias, and Airflow will create the resource under your current organisation. You can then configure its settings, upload images, and start forwarding bookings to its unique email address.

Can I invite team members to my organisation?

Yes. Go to Invitations from the Organisations menu. Enter their email address and choose a role — Owner, Manager, or Staff. They'll receive an invitation and can accept it to access your organisation's portal. Owners have full control, Managers can edit, and Staff have read-only access.
